Audrey Hepburn wardrobe on display in Paris today & tomorrow
Leading up to the auction next week, Sotheby’s are displaying garments and memorabilia once belonging to the supremely elegant actress, which will go under the hammer in London on Tue 8 Dec. Dating from the 50s and 60s, the collection includes 36 dresses (including plenty of vintage Givenchy haute-couture bien sûr), as well as accessories, including the Givenchy hat pictured below, (Chanel) bags and belts, but also more personal items like letters. 50% of profits from the auction will go to the Audrey Hepburn Children’s Fund.
