PARIS: BOB’S BAKE SHOP

 In > eat & coffee

The focus of Bob’s new address – behind out-of-the-way La Chapelle – is the range of authentic baked-on-site bagels: plain, sesame, pumpernickel, poppyseed, onion, cinnamon, plus other buns (bialys, hoagie buns…). Choose a bun, then fill it with your choice of toppings (cream cheese and lox, anyone?). There’s also salads, fresh and cold press juices, great coffee, craft beer, and a breakfast menu. Everything is available to take away, or you can sit inside or spread out at one the big communal tables out the front. On Fridays, it stays open for the aperitif until 9pm.
>8am-4pm (9pm Fri). >12 esplanade Nathalie Sarraute, opp. 39 rue Pajol, Halle Pajol, 18th. >www.bobsjuicebar.com/
