This roomy new Northern Marais café and juice bar (occuping the old Tartes Kluger site opposite Nanashi) serves organic, primarily vegan cuisine, “full of colour and energy.” Dedicated to using local, seasonal produce, every day sees a fresh soup (5.50€) and hot main dish (9€) on the menu, plus a variety of salads and plenty of sweet and savoury baked goods (vegan and gluten-free lemon, coconut and cardamon cake, anyone?). Enjoy a 3-course fixed-price menu at lunch for 17€, washed down with fresh juices and Coutume coffee. A dream come true for Paris’ maligned vegans, vegetarians and gluten intolerant.
