Cococook opens tomorrow
Prepare yourselves for the arrival of revolutionary – well, not quite revolutionary, but quite a step forward for Paris – new concept in cuisine. This new spot on the rue Charlot serves up fresh, local ingredients in the form of healthy and balanced salads, sandwiches, main courses and desserts to take away, plus they offer a local delivery service (by bike). Order a quinoa salad with pomegranate and grilled almonds or a ‘Sandwich Cococlub’ (bacon, eggs, mayo and tarragon) to the office at noon; pick up a plate of roasted chicken with quinoa, green beans and almond milk, or a milanese with vegetables and pesto on your way home at night. Run by the same crew who are behind the Hôtel du Nord and the Chacha Club, Cococook is looking to be the next trend in healthy, affordable eating. Open daily, 11:30am-11pm. RL
