AROUND TOWN: Le Fooding's 'Ébullitions Perpétuelles'

So, ten years already that Le Fooding’s been giving a new, contemporary flavour to the Paris eating scene, supporting those places that have a commitment to food, of course, but that also have ze ‘feeling’. For this special birthday celebration Le Fooding are setting up a pop-up restaurant in Montmartre, open round the clock for 72 hours from Fri 1-Sun 3 October. A homage to a famous 18th-century Parisian restaurant La Marmite Perpétuelle, ‘Les Ébullitions perpétuelles’ invites 18 of the city’s best chefs representative of the Fooding attitude (Inaki Aizpitarte, Yves Camdeborde, Pascal Barbot, Eiichi Edakuni…) to play tag around the couldron for 3 days straight in fabulous dining rooms designed by the graphic designer and foodie Ludivine Billaud and the collective Change is Good.
