This cool new French shoe brand has just inaugurated its first boutique behind the Place des Victoires. Isabelle & Benjamin the duo behind the brand are inspired by the shoes of the British lower class from the days of the ‘Teddy Boys’ through to the emergence of the most notable characters of the punk-rock scene of the 70s and 80s, including John Lydon, Joe Strummer or Alan Vega. Flaunting a unique style fusing ‘bad boy look’ with ‘refined silhouette,’ their 5 unisex ‘creeper’ models are named Type 1, Type 2 etc. in reference to Bugatti cars, and cost around 450€ the elegant pair. They feature a natural crepe trim and outsole including  a hidden ‘Airlite’ foam layer for an unexpected lightweight feel, and a ‘Blake’ stitched sole.
