FESTIVAL: Le Standard Idéal at MC93 in Bobigny

Every year, the Maison de la Culture de la Seine Saint-Denis, known as MC93, hosts an avant-garde performing arts festival, Le Standard Idéal. Juxtaposing classical and contemporary oeuvres, this years programme includes music, theatre, poetry, lectures and gastronomy events from all over the world. All events take place in VO. Highlights include Blackface by Dutch music and theatre company Orkater, adaptions of Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler and A Doll’s House by Argentinian director Daniel Veronese, and the stage adaptation of Chilian novelist Roberto Bolano’s novel, 2666.
