This bright new food lab at the tip of the Northern Marais uses only fresh, seasonal produce in their healthy, home-made dishes: every day a choice of two soups (4.50€), two mains (12€), plus a gourmet selection of tasty and filling salads, sandwiches, and at least ten different dessert options, going from a chestnut charlotte to orange cake. There’s a fixed price lunch menu at 12€ or 15.50€ and everything’s available to take away; they even offer a free home delivery service, by bike, for customers in the area. Plus there’s a great selection of mags to read while you munch.
