Petit Bain opens tomorrow

A new and floating club opens its doors tomorrow. Petit Bain is a brand new, purpose-built barge parked in the 13th arrondissement in between the Batofar and the Josphine Baker pool. Forty metres long by 10 metres wide, and over 3 floors, it includes a rooftop garden terrace, a 450 person concert hall, and a 70 seat restaurant. Developped by the crew behind the floating club La Guinguette Pirate (RIP), this new venture is dedicated to world music, proposing a creole cocktail of Vietnamese rock, Turkish tango, African hip-hop, Argentinian electro, or Parisian neo-folk. (The food’s spicy too.) Tomorrow night the club opens with a bang with a concert from Argentinian lesbian punk rockers the Kumbia Queers (9pm, 10€).
Wed-Fri, noon-3pm, 6pm-2am. Sat-Sun, noon-2am.
7 Port de la Gare, 13th.
