Fooding Awards 2012

Last night at a typically over-the-top champagne and sausage fueled party, in the garden of Les Frigos, Le Fooding launched the 2012 edition of their fab national food guide – with English tips! – (9.90€, buy it online here), and presented their annual restaurant awards. The winners this year for Paris are:
Best Table
: Chatomat, 6 rue Victor Letalle, 20th.
Best Wine Bar: Frenchie bar à vins, 6 rue du Nil, 2nd.
‘Love’ Fooding Award: Au Passage, 1 bis passage Saint-Sébastien, 11th.
Honorary Fooding Award: Bertrand Grébaut,  Septime, 80 rue de Charonne, 11th.
“Dig In!” Award: L’Agapé Substance, 66 rue Mazarine, 6th.
Best Cookbook Award:
“En cuisine avec Alain Passard”, with illustrations by Christophe Blain (Gallimard)
Best Interior Award:
Pier Schneider & François Wunschel (1024 Architecture) for Les Grandes tables de l’île Seguin, Jardin de l’île Seguin, Boulogne-Billancourt.
Best Bistrot Award: Le Pantruche, 3 rue Victor Massé, 9th.
