OLYMPIC CAFE
The crew behind Oberkampf’s buzzing Alimentation Générale has taken over the Goutte d’Or’s longstanding bar and live music hub the Olympic Café. Now open daily from 8am to 2am, it’s a new drop-in spot when you get tired of sipping capuccinos at nearby Café Lomi. With a basement club for live gigs, an open kitchen serving typical brasserie fare including a tasty dish of the day, and a long bar perfect for sipping beers or coffee, it’s a welcome new destination in this under-the-radar corner of the 18th. It launches Sat with a funky line-up in the basement club, snacks from the kitchen, rum cocktails and other surprises!
