Launched on Saturday night at one of the last  ‘construction’ parties for the season at the Palais de Tokyo, this new ice-cream ‘concept’ is surfing the food truck phenomenon, delivering their unique gourmet blends to up-for-it Parisians in a cute retro van. Glaces Glazed create surprising new flavour combinations with names taken from rock and popular culture, for example ‘Black Sugar Sex Magic’ is a combination of chocolate, wasabi & ginger, or ‘Orange Mécanique’, orange, Campari & Balsamic vinegar.  The ingredients are all top quality, and the ice-cream is produced in limited-edition series.
