H5 at the Gaîté Lyrique

 In > art culture design

Opening tomorrow at the Gaîté Lyrique is this exhibition dedicated to the pioneering Parisian design collective H5, who won both an Oscar and a César for their ingenious 2009 animated short Logorama. The exhibition HELLO™ is a playful and sometimes frightening mise-en-scène of the marketing strategy of a brand. H5 will be exploring the customs and practices common to communication and politics in the web 2.0 era. From Warhol onwards, the consumer society has been a recurrent subject for art works and H5 are approaching it from the point of view of one of the system’s players. (PS,  get reduced price entry to the French Touch exhibition at Les Arts Décoratifs, with graphic design by H5, on presentation of your ticket to HELLO™).
Until 30 Dec. 2-8pm. Closed Mon.
