HABITAT 1964

Now French owned, the iconic UK furniture brand set up by Terence Conran in 1964 is about to launch a vintage village in the heart of the St Ouen flea market (not far from the new Starck designed restaurant Ma Cocotte btw). They’ll be selling there iconic vintage Habitat furniture from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, including key pieces from designers including Jean Nouvel or Pierre Paulin. As well as buying vintage gems, you can unload those Habitat pieces you’re tired of. And in the village, you’ll also find a new L’Eclaireur outpost dedicated to vintage fashion, plus a cute “buvette” run by Tartes Kluger where you can enjoy brunch on weekends. Opening Sat 8 June!
Open weekends and public holidays. 9.30am-6pm.
77 rue des Rosiers, 93400 St-Ouen. www.habitat1964.com
