Jeff Wall at Marian Goodman Gallery
An exhibition of recent and new photographs by major contemporary photographer Jeff Wall has just opened at Marian Goodman. The show includes new pictures, in both colour and black-and-white, which explore the potential for neo-realism and the ‘near-documentary’ in photography, elements which constitute the core of Wall’s practice over the past several years and find their origin in events witnessed or in the documentary tradition.
