La Bazarette Fooding

Our favourite gastonomic crew Le Fooding return this summer with their pop-up travelling charity food market La Bazarette. The Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson will curate the event this year, and he’s also developed a cocktail for the occasion, the Mauresquimau. He’ll be bringing a selection of France’s better small producers –  butchers, bakers, farmers –  to three of the country’s summer festivals throughout July. You’ll find La Bazarette at Days Off in Paris, at the Cité de la Musique, on Fri 1 Jul, then in Arles for the photography festival Les Rencontres d’Arles on Fri 8 Jul, before finishing up at Biarritz for the Big Festival on Sat 23 July. Reserve your tickets 15€ for the Paris event via Le Fooding’s website (tickets on sale from next Wed). All profits go to the Enfants du Congo Béthanie orphanage.
