Tickets are now on sale for Le Fooding’s Bastille Day bash, the Cafête Nationale, taking place this year at chic new inn in the Sentier neighbourhood, Edgar. Three exciting chefs will present their take on café grub: Kamal Mouzawak, chef from Tawlet in Beirut will dish up some inventive mezze; Lee Tiernan from London’s St John Bread & Wine will demonstrate contemporary British cuisine; and Xavier Thiery, Edgar’s young Belgian chef will prove his talents too. Plus a special hors-d’oeuvre Ricard hot râpé will be served, invented by Katsuaki Okiyama, the Japanese chef from Abri in the 10th. Peruse the complete menu here.
