Le Camion qui Fume Burger Truck

Until now, Paris street food has been pretty much limited to hot chestnuts. But the gourmet food truck has now arrived in Paris thanks to Californian expat Kristin Frederick. Taking take-away to a whole new level, Kristin parks her truck at various locations around Paris – from Point Ephémère to the Place de Madeleine – and there serves a bang-on menu of first-rate burgers (8€) (home-made mince, baker-made buns, real cheddar…) and real fries (3€), plus other American specialities including coleslaw (3€), onion rings and cheese cake (3€).
