For the first time ever and opening on Thursday inside the Grand Palais’ magnificent nave is France’s biggest pop-up ice rink of 1,800m2. There’ll be a dedicated children’s area, plus a café selling hot drinks and snacks. (Book your tickets in advance via Fnac here.) And every Thu, Fri and Sat night get your skates on for the adults only parties “Get Together on Ice” with DJs and champagne from 7.30pm till 2am (20€), and closing on 5 Jan with an extravagant Russian Christmas Party.
