This chic new perfume bar in the Upper Marais seeks to redefine the experience of choosing and purchasing perfume. The minimal space has been designed by Paris creative Philippe Di Méo, who developed the brand in collaboration with David Frossard. The bottles are all out of reach behind a counter, presented like top-shelf liquor at a whisky bar. So experiencing a new scent necessarily means engaging with the staff, and being personally introduced to the full story behind each perfume. Exclusive, hard-to-find scents from brands including Byredo, Miller Harris, Odin, Frapin, Arquiste, and Olfactive Studio, none of which have own-name stores in Paris, are all waiting to be discovered.
