Louise Bourgeois dies

The French artist passed away last night, at the age of 98, in her home in Chelsea, New York. Two years ago, the Centre Pompidou presented a major retrospective showcasing her life work exploring notions of childhood, motherhood, sexuality and memory via sculpture, drawing, paintings and installation.
