Lucian Freud at the Centre Pompidou coming soon

 In > art culture design

Get ready for the Centre Pompidou’s forthcoming retrospective of one of the world’s greatest living painters, Lucian Freud. Freud has not been exhibited in France since the Centre Pompidou last presented a collection of his works in the late eighties. An exceptional overview of Freud’s masterpieces, covering more than fifty years of painting, the exhibition comprises around 50 paintings and 20 or so prints, and examines Freud’s relationship to the studio. A must see.
