This new fresh and healthy sandwich and salad bar on the booming Rue Villédo (Kunitoraya, Télescope…) gives traditional Northern Vietnamese street food a French fusion twist. Brother and sister team Priscillia and Pol prepare a short menu covering fresh prawn or pork spring rolls (5.90€) to the pork or chicken Banh Mi (6.50€), salad or Banh Hoi (10.50€). Ingredients are artisanal and organic. There’s also a fresh cold-pressed juice menu (4.50€-6.50€). Shop Local! Think Different! goes their slogan.
