OMNIVORE FESTIVAL 2013

For the 2nd year in a row, the Omnivore World Tour brings its international foodie festival to Paris to showcase the city’s most exciting chefs. This year, the event turns the spotlight on the younger generation with for example Adeline Grattard (Yam’tcha), Simone Tondo & Michael Greenwold (Roseval), and Pierre-Sang Boyer (Pierre Sang) on the program. In total, 16 chefs as well as producers and artisans will be sharing their passion, with one stage dedicated to savoury offerings and the other to sweet (hello Mr Hermé). The overhauled Left Bank conference center Maison de la Mutualité plays host to the event; it made waves on the cuisine scene when 3-star Michelin chef (Le Meurice) Yannick Alleno set up a new restaurant there  Le Terroir Parisien in 2012.
