Omnivore Food Festival

Coming up this Sun-Tue is the Omnivore Food Festival. Omnivore is dedicated ‘100% Young Cuisine’ via a restaurant guide, magazine, and this festival, currently on tour via 12 cities in 2012! Taking place in Paris at the newly renovated Maison de la Mutualité, there’s 3 days of back-to-back masterclasses by 50 exceptional chefs and patisseriers from Paris and around the world (Isaac McHale, James Lowe from The Young Turks, London; Ronny Emborg from Copenhagen’s AOC; Ignacio Mattos from New York’s Isa… the list goes on and on), then there’s ‘Fucking Dinners’ whereby participating restaurants in Paris welcome a visiting chef for some surprising gastronomic duos (Mathieu Perez from Aux Deux Amis gets friendly with Sydney chef  Morgan McGlone for example).
