The hotly anticipated Paris flagship for the new, more high-end, H&M brand & Other Stories has just opened at the bottom of Rue St-Honoré, following stores in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen. With a team spread between Paris and Stockholm, the brand, which began as a cosmetics company, is strong, strong, strong on accessories. Over the store’s 2 open and airy floors – wrapped around a verdant internal courtyard – take your pick from a wide range of cool bags, hair accessories, lingerie, beauty, ‘Made in Italy’ shoes, magazines, jewellery, and of course some ready-to-wear! Think Cos prices. The interior is an original lo-fi mish-mash of raw walls, concrete, moodboards, gaffa tape, and simple shelving and displays that feels as fresh and up-to-date as the rest of the brand.
