We’re fans of this recently opened restaurant in the Les Halles hood. Tomy Gousset (formerly at the Meurice and Taillevent) in the kitchen prepares a fresh and precise French menu with a bargain 15€ (entrée/main) lunch menu, or you can go à la carte for 36€ for 3 courses. There’s a fine selection of 110 French wines to match, and the sober interiors by Sonia Rogalski are also fresh and contemporary, blending raw wood and slate grey. The expansive off-street terrace in front will be a great central spot for wining and dining in summer.
