After the burger craze, this cool new crew is reminding us of the possibilities of the made-to-order gourmet panini. From their mobile kitchen, they’re offering 3 delicious recipes, all prepared with Gontran Cherrier buns: Le John (6€) with ham, Comté cheese, coriander and grain mustard; the vegetarian Benjamin (6€) with roasted eggplant dip, dried figs, basil, Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese; plus the dessert recipe the Gontran (5€) filled with banana, lime juice and hazelnut praline. Check them out this weekend outside Roseval, noon-5pm; then in Dec they’ll be at the Beef Club on Thu 6 and Fri 7, Noon-2pm, before hitting Wanderlust‘s Christmas market on Sat 15, 2-11pm, and Sun 16 Dec, 11am-7pm.
