Robert Stadler at the Carpenters Workshop Gallery

 In > art culture design

A new arrival from London on the Paris design scene, the Carpenters Workshop Gallery represents international talent working on the frontier of art and design, including Atelier Van Lieshout, Sebastian Brajkovic, Ingrid Donat, Vincent Dubourg, & Studio Job. The gallery’s aim is to guide the designers toward art and the artist toward design. After opening their Paris space in the Marais last September, the gallery presents a new show ‘1000 Days’ from local designer Robert Stadler, and opening this Sat (4-9pm). Robert Stadler has, since the start of his career, looked at furniture from an innovative, at times off-kilter perspective, favouring a re-reading of the object in its functional dimension and its presence in the universe. Come and browse his diverse projects from the last 3 years.
Sat 19 Nov-7 Jan 2012. 10am-7pm. Closed Sun.
54 rue de la Verrerie, 4th.
