Solo show from Sonic Youth's Lee Ranaldo

In > art culture design, > party

Guitarist and founding member of the legendary rock band Sonic Youth, Lee Ranaldo will present a rare, solo performance in the beautiful garden of the Fondation Cartier, as part of their excellent Soirée Nomades program later this month. Active on the New York music and art scene for more than twenty years, he has worked in numerous disciplines ranging from literature and poetry to contemporary art. Through improvisation and experiments with sounds, Lee Ranaldo creates a hypnotic form of music that blends the spoken word with layered guitar riffs.
