'The Shoe' by André Saraiva

Launched during Mens Fashion Week last week, ‘The Shoe’ is a short film by local scenester André (Saraiva), a commission from luxury French men’s footwear brand J.M. Weston. The film stars Leo Fitzpatrick, who made his acting debut in Larry Clark’s Kids back in 1995, and model Annabelle Dexter-Jones, André’s current squeeze. The film follows a slightly pigeon-toed Leo around Paris, wearing various different pairs of shoes, to an upbeat soundtrack (there’s no dialogue). ‘The central character is a little as if Leo [Fitzpatrick’s] character in Kids has moved to Paris nearly 15 years later,’ Saraiva was quoted as saying by Nowness.  PS. Watch out for the September issue of French menswear fashion mag L’Officiel Hommes, André is its  new art director.
