‘Voyage en Capitale, Louis Vuitton et Paris’ at the Musée Carnavalet

On the occasion of the release of a new book Louis Vuitton, 100 Legendary Trunks (Abrams), the Musée Carnavalet traces the history of the man, the family, and the brand Louis Vuitton, from the opening of the first shop in 1854 on the Rue des Capucines to the international luxury emblem the brand has become today. Iconic trunks and bags will be on display, as well as other documents presenting the history of the Parisian company.
