Willy Ronis dies

The celebrated French photographer, author of many iconic Paris shots, died yesterday the 12 September at 99 years old. Belonging to a school of post-war humanist photography, along with the likes of Robert Doisneau, Ronis was celebrated this year at the Arles photography festival the Rencontres d’Arles with a retrospective.
