'100% Food Trucs' by Omnivore

Next Monday, Omnivore, an international foodie crew promoting a new generation of European chefs, is hosting the September edition of their monthly 100% series, dedicated to “food trucs,” or the street food revolution that is sweeping Paris. They’re inviting pioneering food truck entrepreneur Kristin Frederick from Le Camion qui Fume to cook up some burgers, along with Alix Lacloche who will present Asian fusion snacks including  fried chicken sandwiches, dim sum and banh mi, and finally Brazilian talent Alessandra Montagne of the fusion cantine Tempero.
