Alan 'Suicide' Vega at Galerie Laurent Godin

After a French retrospective at the Musée d’Art Contemporain in Lyon in 2009, legendary NY musician and artist Alan ‘Suicide’ Vega lands in Paris for the FIAC with an exhibition of new works at the Galerie Laurent Godin. He’ll also be performing at the Gaîté Lyrique on Fri, there’s a screening tonight, 9pm, at Silencio of his film Gunsmoke (1972–2012), and on Sat, 9.30pm, at the Palais de Tokyo Mathieu Copeland will lead a discussion in the presence of the artist, followed by a film screening, and a signing of the book Infinite Mercy (MAC Lyon/les Presses du Reel editions).
