Charlie Le Mindu in Paris

France’s wildest hair-artiste Charlie Le Mindu is hitting town for Haute Couture Fashion Week, starting on Monday. He’ll not only be installed in the shop windows of Colette for the week (24-29 Jan), styling live the hair of their window mannequins as the Monuments of Paris, he’ll also be at the Fondation Cartier with a performance ‘Atopic Bodies [three]: The Leiotrichous Tribe’ in collaboration with arty Athens outfit Atopos. In conjunction with the ‘Mœbius-Transe-Forme’ exhibition currently on show, they’ll be presenting a fashion show of new hybrid creations—dresses, hats, hairpieces or surrealistic outgrowths—as beautiful as they are extravagant.
