Jacques Génin, black-belt in chocolate making, reins over this minimal, airy tea room at the top of the rue de Turenne. Here you can enjoy an excellent tea, coffee or hot chocolate along with one of Genin’s exquisite creations: caramels, marshmallow, nougats, and chocolates, as well as a small number of patisseries: éclairs, lemon or chocolate tarts, Paris-Brests, or the impressive mille-feuille (chocolate, chestnut, vanilla, caramel, praline) constructed on the spot for you upstairs in the laboratory/ kitchen. Pure perfect pleasure.
