Le Robinet d'Or Hotel

Freshly opened on the Northern end of the Canal St Martin is this family-run hotel, Le Robinet d’Or. It’s name ‘The Golden Tap’ refers to the hotel’s industrial history as a tap factory in the 1930s. Today, a bustling ground-floor bistro sets the friendly vibe. Sixteen rooms across three floors (no lift) are decorated in a sweet “English” style, with vintage furniture and floral wallpaper. There’s free Wifi throughout, plus each room includes an Ipod/Iphone base, and a coffee/tea machine, and room rates start at about 140€.
