TWINS FOR PEACE
The Paris-based humanitarian footwear brand (“we make cool shoes that help children”) Twins for Peace has just opened their first ever store. A for-profit company but with a charitable focus, the label partners every year with a different country to donate shoes to children in need. But Twins for Peace works beyond the “shoes-for-shoes” model by also jumpstarting efforts to create schools, hospitals, canteens, and orphanages in these impoverished areas. The store showcases both mens and womens shoes – including beaded and leather high-top models – unisex sweaters, and backpacks, including collaborative efforts with Flouzen and American Retro! So, “be cool, be good!”
