This week's films with Rebecca Leffler
Roman Polanski’s latest is one of the best films I’ve seen in awhile. The intelligent thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat, and Ewan McGregor is fantastic. Don’t miss it.
This disturbing Oscar nominee is tough to watch, but in my opinion, important to see (and incredibly well-acted).
Jeff Bridges is wonderful as a washed-up country singer in this moving, entertaining film. Loved it (and the soundtrack)!
A disaster. Fellini would roll over in his grave if he saw this horrible remake of his work. Marion Cotillard is cute, but otherwise it’s a waste of star-power (Daniel Day-Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Judy Dench…)
