Designer's Days 2012

 In > art culture design

Opening today is Parisian design fest Designer’s Days. Via over 90 installations throughout Parisian shops, galleries, schools, embassies and public spaces, the event will explore the theme of Idéntité(s). Organised by circuit, this year Paris Design Week also occupies nearby suburb Pantin, accessible via free ferries up and down the canal (departing from Stalingrad every hour). A few ideas for places to check out: Docks en Seine, Baccarat, Silvera, Boffi Bains, Cappellini, Petit H (Hermès) in Pantin, Kartell, Lafayette Maison, Sèvres – Cité de la Céramique, Carpenters Workshop Gallery, Fondation Cartier, Institut Finlandais, Via… For more details, we recommend downloading (télécharger) the PDF ‘parcours’ from this page. Tonight is the opening party for participating Right Bank venues, and tomorrow Fri 1 June, it’s the Left Bank that pops the cork.
Until Mon 4 June.

My husband and I recently travelled to your designerday in Paris. We found it extremely interesting and were very impressed with the layout and the display of everything.
We did collect some brochures while we were there, but unfortunately on our travel home we lost our bag containing them. Is there any possibility of you emailing to me some of the building ideas that were presented. I really appreciate your time. Thankyou
