NYC'S HUDSON CLEARWATER IN PARIS

The West Village’s hottest hangout Hudson Clearwater comes to Paris for a special pop-up event during Men’s Fashion Week later this month. Four months after an exchange with The Fat Radish last September, the girls from the Sporting Project are doing it again, bringing the New York dining experience to Paris. Chef Wes Long will be serving up a 4-course tasting menu (55€) for guests while head bartenders Jonathan and Nick will be whipping up signature cocktails created by Hudson Clearwater co-owners Christopher and Matthew. Hosted again by Bob’s Kitchen in the Marais, cocktails and small plates will be served until 2am, and a small portion of the restaurant will be reserved for walk-ins only, but to secure a table reservations are a must (reservations@thesportingproject.com) ! There will also be live music, straight in from NYC.
