NY's The Fat Radish comes to Paris

 In > eat & coffee

New transatlantic creative agency The Sporting Project are launching with a series of Pop-Up Dinners in Paris starting this coming Fashion Week (26 Sep–2 Oct), when they bring the lower Manhattan restaurant The Fat Radish to Bob’s Kitchen in the Marais. Set up by Londoners chef Ben Towill and artistic designer Phil Winser, The Fat Radish is bound by one philosophy: simple, healthy, delicious dishes created with well-sourced, seasonal ingredients. Discover their credo via a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing at the pop-up. The Sporting Project aims to highlight local artisans from the Brooklyn and Paris communities; collaborations from Brooklyn include wall treatment by Flavor Paper, floral design by Fox Fodder Farm, invitations by Sesame Letterpress, photography by The Family Band. Collaborations from Paris include wines from La Dernière Goutte, and produce from Terrior d’Avenir… Book now! reservations@thesportingproject.com
