Pan restaurant

 In > eat & coffee

Ludivine Billaud of Le Look, Rue Martel’s hip little gastro canteen, has just opened a companion restaurant, Pan, across the street. The roomy space, in a former chandelier repair workshop, is beautifully decorated with graphic vintage finds and made-to-measure pieces. The short, daily changing menu covers for entrée wild asparagus salad, 11€ or salted beef with vermouth, 14€. For mains you might find home-made pasta like Turkish manti dumplings, 21€, or tea smoked duck breast (23€). There’s also a bar menu (toasted chick peas, pickled vegetables…) to go with a tasty cocktail menu.
Open for lunch & dinner Tue-Fri, for dinner Sat. Closed Sun, Mon.
12 rue Martel, 10th. 09.52.51.63.70.

    – the entire restaurant is filled with an oily dirty kitchen smell

    – service is very poor

    – the menu is enticing and the food is good, but the goal seems to be to make as much money as possible from each item listed, in other words, over-priced!!!
