PARIS WINE COMPANY LAUNCH

Paris Wine Company officially launches its online store today with a free tasting at the Palais Royal wine-bar and restaurant Verjus (2-6pm). Set up by wine expert Josh Adler (who built the wine program at Daniel Rose’s Spring restaurant), Paris Wine Company makes available to the general public an expertly curated collection of wine from small producers, as well as sought-after cult figures on the French wine scene. Adler has spent the past 10 years visiting lesser-known producers, most of whom practice organic and biodynamic farming, and today makes his discoveries available via the first online French wine merchant to specialise in worldwide shipping.
