FOODSTOCK 2013
Tickets are now on sale for the 2013 edition of Le Fooding’s concert & cocktail gastro fest Foodstock, taking place for one night only this Thursday at the city’s newest club Nüba. Five musical talents Keziah Jones – Naive New Beaters – Théodore, Paul & Gabriel – Winston McAnuff & Fixi, and lastly, Joséphine the newest recruit from Because Music will provide the entertainment, and get people in the mood … to eat and drink! The talented duo Mickael Greenwold and Simone Tondo behind Roseval (best restaurant, Fooding Guide 2013) has invented a new cocktail James on a maple tree, featuring maple syrup, smoked and ground sesame, and served with a soup, spit roasted suckling pig by Christophe Dru from the Boucherie les Provinces, and a sandwich menu from CheZaline (best ‘snack,’ Fooding Guide 2013). All this for 25€ a head, with profits going to Enfants du Congo Béthanie.
